2020 Subscription Order Cancellations

In our extremely difficult decision to cancel our 2020 productions of Disney’s Beauty & the Beast and Hello, Dolly!, we have considered every eventuality, but we must prioritize the safety of our casts, crews, staff, volunteers, and patrons over the next few months, while supporting our city and those working on the front lines to help flatten the curve. These measures will also ensure that TUTS remains strong and healthy as an organization, returning to Malkin Bowl in 2021 and beyond to present the fantastic shows that our audiences anticipate every year.

As current ticket holders of our 2020 season, we are happy to offer you the following two options:

A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND ON YOUR 2020 TUTS SUBSCRIPTION TICKETS
Please fill out and submit the form below, choosing this option no later than April 15th, 2020. We will be unable to process refunds after this time.

Your request will be processed after April 20th. We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be reversed, however do encourage you to follow up after April 30th if you have not yet received the refund by e-mailing info@tuts.ca

DONATE THE VALUE OF YOUR TICKETS 
Please consider donating the value of your tickets to our non-profit society. Kindly fill out and submit the form below, choosing this option and you will be issued a tax receipt for the full value of your tickets.
